Squiggles and Cubes was an assembly of art, design and playful collaboration that forms a space of respite through the presentation of thoughtful and pleasant objects.
Hosted in the Tie Factory, a historic Carlton warehouse, Squiggles and Cubes was a collection of functional sculptures informed by, and responding to, the art practice of Meagan Streader and the furniture designs of Billy Horn. Meagan and Billy were inspired by the idea of testing materials, exercising different techniques and playing with aesthetics. With this spirit they have created a collection of lights, sculptures, furniture and objects.
